Ancestry UK is offering free access to its military records collections worldwide from today to Nov. 12, 20205.
The free access covers global military records, not just British records. The records also cover the United States, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, Poland, Germany and more.
You will need to sign up for a free Ancestry UK account in order to search and view the records. When you access the Ancestry UK site, you may need to scroll down and click “Continue to Ancestry.co.uk” because it will try and send you to the U.S. Ancestry.com site.
