The Ogdensburg History Museum (St. Lawrence County) will host a specialized “Genealogy for Beginners” workshop on Saturday, August 8. The hands-on session aims to help residents map their ancestry and navigate historical records.
The event runs from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the museum. Attendees will learn core research practices, including how to decode census data, utilize free online tracking tools, and trace documentation for Canadian citizenship.
This workshop will also be offered on Saturday, September 12.
