There will be several Buffalo cemetery events coming up in July.
The Forest Lawn Cemetery will offer a walking tour, “Buffalo’s Favorite Daughters,” on Saturday, July 11 at 11 a.m.
This is a special walking tour through the cemetery while hearing stories of some of Buffalo’s most prominent women. Learn about the Mother of Detective Fiction, an early Civil Rights Activist, Art Nouveau Artists, the creator of America’s 1st Childcare Center, the 1st Professional Female Architect in the U.S., and more! Cost is $20.
