The Gilboa Museum and Nicholas J. Juried History Center (Schohaire) will host a presentation, “Reading Historic Newspapers,” on Saturday, Sept. 13 at 1 p.m. This program is in-person.
Chuck Henry, the technical project lead for New York State Historic Newspapers, will discuss how to usenew search tools on this website. New York Historic Newspapers provide free access to over 700 newspaper titles from every county in the state. Contributors include more than 100 academic libraries, public libraries, historical societies and museums.
