Genealogist Jane E. Wilcox was recently interviewed for a webinar by the New York State Archives to discuss her new book, “New York State Archives – A Guide for Family Historians, Biographers and Historical Research.” The book is published by the New York Genealogical and Biographical Society.

The author shares some of her discoveries that she uncovered while poring through hundreds of colonial and state government records held at the New York State Archives and tips on doing research at the State Archives.
