Organizations of the Genealogy Federation of Long Island will be offering free genealogy programs in December.

Thursday, Dec. 1  – “Christmas Markets: Their History and Traditions” – German Genealogy Group – 7:30-8:30 p.m. – Hybrid

Saturday, Dec. 3 – “Using Family Tree Maker Software” – Huntington Historical Society – 11 a.m.- noon – In Person

Wednesday, Dec. 7 – “DNA for the Overwhelmed” – Patchogue-Medford Public Library – 10 a.m. – Hybrid

Saturday,  Dec. 10  – “Holiday Get-Together” –  Italian Genealogical Group – 10:30 a.m. – noon – Hybrid

Sunday, Dec. 11 – “New Online Sources You Need to Know” – Jewish Genealogy Society of Long Island – 2-4 p.m. – Virtual

Saturday, Dec. 17  – “Traditional Irish Christmas” – 10 a.m. to noon – Irish Family History Forum – Hybrid
