Organizations of the Genealogy Federation of Long Island will be offering free genealogy programs in October.

Thursday, Oct. 6  – “Preserving Family History Records Like a Pro” – German Genealogy Group – 7:30-8:30 p.m. – Hybrid

Hicksville V.F.W.

Saturday,  Oct. 8  – “New York State Archives: 19th and 20th Century Immigrants” –  Italian Genealogical Group – 10:30 a.m. – noon – Hybrid

Bethpage Public Library

Wednesday, Oct. 12  – “Strategies to Analyze Endogamous DNA” – Jewish Genealogy Society of Long Island – 7-8 p.m. – Virtual
