The North Star Genealogy Conference, sponsored by the Minnesota Genealogical Society, will take place Friday and Saturday, Oct. 1 and 2, 2021.
There will be 23 breakout session, Ask-A-Genealogist and access to video recordings until the end of October.
D. Joshua Taylor, president of the New York Genealogical and Biographical Society, will present six talks:

- New Tools and Ideas in Research
- Unusual Research Destinations: Antiques, Diners and More
- Online Resources for Colonial America
- Printed Legends and Missing Footnotes: Dissecting 19th and 20th Century Compiled Genealogies
- When Dates Disagree: 8 Ways to Resolve Conflicting Details
There will also be a pre-conference on Thursday night, Sept. 30, 2021 about the 1950 census.
